In March at our on-campus session of the Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM) program, Eric Donkers, of Cisco, delivered a facsinating presentation on workplace collaboration and ways technology can enable it.  Cisco has an excellent web site on collaboration that provides white papers, blogs, and webcasts.  Useful for designing the best approaches for large global (and local) project-based work.
