TED is an awesome resource for individuals and leaders of teams. Not only does it host world class conferences it shares all of those hi-quality streaming and down loadable versions. TED is devoted to giving millions of knowledge-seekers around the globe direct access to the world’s greatest thinkers and teachers.

I use their videos in both courses at Stanford and in workshops for a wide variety of teams.

Next time your team is slowing down, show them this video of William Kamkwamba, a young African inventor, and ask “Ok, what is the problem we can’t solve?”
